Rebecca Amsellem has carried out extensive research work, fueled in particular by several interviews with cultural leaders from around the world, bringing together the expertise of the National Museum of Sweden Stockholm, the Brooklyn Museum New York, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Australia Sydney, the Cartier Paris Foundation, from UQÀM Montreal. She will share the results in a series of master classes open to a wide audience, at the Museum and online, offered in collaboration with several institutions such as the Les Créatives festival and the International Film Festival and Forum on Human Rights (FIFDH) ( full program to come).
La première master class de Rebecca Amsellem se déroulera au MICR et en ligne le 23 septembre, avec la participation de Susanna Pettersson, directrice du Musée national de Suède à Stockholm, et Florence Schechter, directrice du Vagina Museum à Londres. Masterclass #1 « For a feminist and inclusive museum» (en anglais), 23 septembre La première masterclass de Rebecca Amsellem se déroulera au Musée le 23 septembre (12h30-13h30), avec la participation de Susanna Pettersson, directrice du musée national de Suède à Stockholm, et Florence Schechter, directrice du Vagina Museum à Londres et Pascal Hufschmid (MICR). La masterclass présentera les premiers résultats de l’étude et tentera de répondre à la question « Un musée peut-il devenir féministe ? ».
