Temporary exhibition
Dance workshop : Cuerpo consiente
Thursday 12 November and Saturday 14 November 2026
Take time to reconnect to yourself.
During her workshops, Estefanía Gómez Vásquez, founder of Cuerpo ConSiente, invites you to take part in a dance-performance session to connect with your body. Through movement, the body becomes aware of what is happening within it. It reconnects with its sensations and becomes a space for expression and freedom.
This experience offers you a chance to come together and share, exploring empathy, tenderness and mindfulness towards yourself and others. Dance is experienced here as a shared language, but also as a vehicle for social transformation.
You can choose to take part in one of the three sessions on offer: on Thursday 12 November and Saturday afternoon, 14 November, for sessions open to all, and on Saturday morning, 14 November, for a special family session.
Registration will open on November 4th.
