We can all practice compassion!
Science has shown the benefits on our resilience, neuroplasticity and the reduction of tension in interpersonal conflicts (e.g. in couples or at work) and on a large scale. In this workshop, Dr. Olga Klimecki and Dr. Patricia Cernadas Curotto will introduce you to the effects of compassion meditation and invite you to cultivate feelings of compassion through a meditation guided by Dr. Olga Klimecki.
In the framework of our thematic year "Mental Health" (2022/2023), we are collaborating with researchers from the Centre interfacultaire en sciences affectives of the University of Geneva (CISA).
