For tour operators and travel agents wishing to book a group, guided or self-guided tour, the museum offers a range of services.

• Guided tours are available in six languages (French, German, Italian, English, Japanese and Spanish).

• A self-guided tour is available with an audioguide in nine languages (German, English, Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Arabic and Russian). In French, three adapted versions are available: for children, for teenagers and for adults. An audio-described tour is also available for the visually impaired and/or blind.

• Free lockers are available for backpacks, jackets and personal belongings.

• Tables can be pre-booked by contacting the café HINIVUU at catering@hinivuu.ch.

• A coach park is located at the end of the Avenue de la Paix, at the foot of the Place des Nations. The museum is then accessible on foot (approximately 10 to 15 minutes' walk) or by public transport via TPG lines 8, 11, 20, 22, 60 and 61.
