Become a Friend of the Museum
By becoming a Friend of the Museum, you will be demonstrating your long-term support for our cultural, humanitarian and community-focused mission, which revolves around a central question: how does humanitarian action affect us all, here and now?
Your support is instrumental to our ability to carry out our work:
- Preserving and expanding the collection
- Restoring items in the collection
- Organizing exhibitions, residencies and open-ended commissions
- Producing exhibition catalogues, podcasts, toolkits and other innovative content
- Running cultural and educational outreach activities for school groups and young people
- Conducting research into the history of humanitarian action and the emergence of Geneva as a centre of international cooperation
- Championing the values of international humanitarian law
- Bringing culture within reach of those who cannot easily afford it through our “admission tickets on tab” initiative
- Developing sustainable and inclusive projects
- Developing and creating new spaces
- Digitizing the collection
